Overview

Connect Feathery to Twilio to automatically send custom SMS messages to your users from form submissions. You may set up multiple Twilio actions at once.

What you need

Background

Twilio is a cloud communications platform that provides software developers with tools to add messaging, voice, and video in their web and mobile applications. It is designed to enable companies to engage customers across channels like SMS, WhatsApp, and calls from within their software applications.

Benefits

Using Twilio can enhance customer engagement through personalized communication across various channels, improve operational efficiencies with automated messaging and call processes, and provide scalability for businesses to grow their communication strategies. It also offers flexibility in integration with existing systems and applications.

Considerations

When evaluating Twilio, consider the specific communication features you need, the platform's integration capabilities with your current systems, scalability to support your growth, pricing structure relative to your budget, reliability and uptime guarantees, security and compliance with regulations, and the quality of customer support and documentation available.

How to set up

Navigate to the Feathery form that you want to connect to Twilio. Click on the Integrations tab.

Open the Twilio integration and choose the Feathery form event to trigger the Twilio action. Your options are when someone completes the form, reaches a specific step of the form, or whenever data is received from your end user (partial submissions, data enrichment, etc.)

Authorize and connect your Twilio account.

Build the custom SMS message you'd like to send via Twilio.

Click Connect. Your integration is now live and ready to go!

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the

"When inside of" nested selector

system.
