Automatically send custom emails from form submissions to your end users, teammates, and more.
What you need
- An active Feathery account and form
How to set up
By default, emails are sent from noreply@feathery.io. If you change the sender email address, you'll be asked to verify your new address when you connect the integration.

Navigate to the Feathery form that you want to track. Click on the Integrations tab.

Find the Email integration, activate it, and fill out the email template (using your verified email as the "From:" value if applicable). You can send an email to more than one address by putting a comma-separated list of emails into the "To:" field.

Click Save, and you’re now ready to send an email every time someone fills out your form.
Email Variables
If you'd like to send emails that include user-submitted form content, you can include the name of a form field wrapped in double curly braces {{}} anywhere in the email template. Here's an example:
Find the ID of the field whose value you're looking to include in your email template. You can do this by selecting your field in the designer and finding the ID in the top-right corner.
Next, open your email integration settings:
Include your field ID in your email template wrapped in double curly braces. The actual email will substitute the actual field values for the placeholder variables. Then, click Save to finish setting up your email integration.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the
"When inside of" nested selector
system.
